Christy Otto – Fluid Sealing Product Manager Christy joined Pioneer in 1996 working in inside sales. In 1997 she graduated with a BA from Fontbonne University and in 1998 was promoted to Fluid Sealing Product Manager. She has been our Customer Service Director as well since 2005.
Currently, Christy is active with the International Sealing Distribution Association as Treasurer on the Board of Directors. She works continually with salesmen and customers in marketing and promoting the fluid sealing line. She actively travels for training purposes and can offer technical assistance on products. Christy understands the sense of urgency and is aware of the extreme importance of customer service.
