With the Atom Flashcut dieless knife cutting machine we can utilize material to the fullest extent where there is essentially no more waste and the savings are passed on to you. The machine operates on a CAD program where drawings are loaded and stored under the customer's part number. This technology allows Pioneer to always be accurate and within tolerance.
MOBILE FIELD REPAIRS UNIT
For repair work at a customer site, Pioneer Industrial Corporation has assembled a 53’ mobile repair facility.Equipped with modern pressure relief valve testing and setting equipment, this facility can also be used for the repair of smaller gate, globe, and check valves.Since the facility has the ability to set valves on air, steam, and liquid, we can provide repair and “VR” stamping for all your pressure relief valves.
Pioneer Industrial Corporation expects our customers to supply the inputs necessary for the operation of our facility.If the customer is unable to do so, other arrangements can be made.
Electricity:440 volt, 3 phase service is necessary.Pioneer will supply 50’ of cable to connect to customer service, a connection to be made by the customer.
ØAir and water testing ONLY:50 amp input
ØSteam, air, and water testing:200 amp input
Water:If liquid and/or steam testing is to be performed, we require water from a standard garden hose hookup.Pioneer will supply 100’ of garden hose.
Air:For use of air tools, etc, we require 80-100 psi standard shop air from a ¾” or 1” line.Pioneer will supply 100’ of 1” hose with “Chicago” type ends.
Valve Repair Service
Pioneer Industrial Corporation has been involved in selling new valves and valve repairs for over twenty-five years. We are a Consolidated “Green Tag” repair center (within an assigned area), a Masoneilan “MARC” center and a Durco “Black Tie” repair facility. Pioneer repairs pressure relief valves, line valves (gate, globe & check), control valves and actuators both in our shop and in the field. In addition, we are able to provide comprehensive in place machining, welding and heat treating services. We can cut out and re-install welded-in valves, replace integral seat rings, and fabricate costly parts such seat rings, stems and pressure seal rings; saving you both time and money. Pioneer Industrial has implemented Valve Keep Webview for our customers, they can access data, reports and Analysis tools for the work performed on their Valves. In fact, there is little that Pioneer Industrial Corporation cannot handle in the area of valve repair and related services; both in our shop, and at your facility. Further, our agreement with select manufacturers and aftermarket vendors provides us with access to an extensive inventory of ‘off the shelf’ repair parts and refurbished actuators to meet the needs of our customers.
Electronic Valve Testing
Electronic Valve Testing (EVT) is a state of the art system developed by Dresser and is available through Pioneer Industrial Corporation. It provides unparalleled efficiency for in-place testing of pressure relief valves. EVT is a comprehensive service package that caries the job from start to finish. Utilizing the latest computer technology, Dressers 2566 EVT provides a package that a Green Tag Center can use to analyze valves onsite and provides a computer printout with a detailed summary. There is no guesswork involved. In addition to determining set point a trained operator can also use the EVT to identify performance problems requiring disassembly and repair.

We at Pioneer specialize in the repair of centrifugal and positive displacement pumps, compressors, vacuum pumps, fans, blowers,and hydraulic cylinders, Our field service team is available for onsite installation and repair.
