Pioneer Industrial Corporation has provided new valves and valve repairs for over twenty-five years. We are a Consolidated “Green Tag” Valve repair center.A Masoneilan “MARC” control valve center and a Durco “Black Tie” valve repair facility. Pioneer repairs pressure relief valves, line valves (gate valves, globe valves& check valves), control valves and valve actuation both in our valve shop and utilizing our field valve repair service. In addition, we are able to provide comprehensive in place valve machining, valve welding and valve heat treating services. We can remove valves and re-install welded-in valves, replace integral valve seat rings, and fabricate costly valve parts such as valve seat rings, valve stems and valve pressure seal rings; saving you both time and money.Pioneer Industrial Corporation will handle all of your of valve repair and related valve services; both in our valve shop, and at your facility. Further, our agreement with select valve manufacturers and aftermarket valve vendors provide us with access to an extensive inventory of ‘off the shelf’ valve repair parts and refurbished valve actuators to meet the needs of our customers.
Electronic Valve Testing (EVT) is a state of the art valve system developed by Dresser Valve and is available through Pioneer Industrial Corporation. It provides unparalleled valve efficiency for in-place testing of pressure relief valves. Electronic Valve Testing is a comprehensive valve service package that carries the valve job from start to finish. Utilizing the latest computer technology, Dressers 2566 Electronic Valve Testing provides a package that a Green Tag Valve Center can use to analyze valves onsite and provides a computer printout with a detailed valve summary. There is no guesswork involved. In addition to determining valve set point a trained valve operator can also use the Electronic Valve Testing to identify performance problems requiring valve disassembly and valve repair.
