Universal Analyzers
Universal Analyzers for thermal management. UA products are designed for gas sample extraction, transport, and conditioning systems for continuous emissions monitoring and process measurement.
The Universal Analyzers Type 275E heated sample probe is designed for continuous use in extractive gas sampling systems. The modular design is used to filter dust and particulate from high dust loaded, high temperature, and high dew point corrosive gas streams. The sample probe is designed with the end user in mind and comes with a no-tools design for filter replacement.

The Universal Analyzers Model 1095E utilizes UA’s proven multistage cooling technique to provide a -30°C dew point conditioned sample that is free of corrosive acid aerosol mists. The Model 1095E was designed to protect your analyzer from acid aerosol mists, have user-friendly operation with a menu-driven touchscreen, and to decrease maintenance time.
Universal Analyzers series, Model 1221 Distillation Gas Sample Probe is a patented system designed for primary sample conditioning in demanding, continuous gas analysis applications. They feature self-cleaning capabilities and tightly controlled temperature stabilization, producing a reliable, repeatable and accurate representative gas sample. The 1221 Series Distillation Gas Probe, also referred to as PyGas (pyrolysis gas) sampling, serves as a direct replacement for the Fluid Data Reflux Sampler (DRS).
The 1221 series sample probes address critical key issues affecting plant and furnace performance. Typical key issues addressed; insufficient cooling capacity causing liquid carryover to your analyzer; inefficient filtration of particulates causes solids to build up and plug; inaccurate or unstable outlet temperature control; and difficulty to service while installed.
As part of the AMETEK Thermal Process Management business unit which includes O’Brien, Universal Analyzers allows you to coordinate the interface between the sample probe, the heated sample line, the sample gas cooler, and the balance of conditioning components. This ensures all required connections are provided in a single package. Universal Analyzers will simplify your emissions and process gas sample measurements from the extraction point to the analyzer. UA products allow us to add an element of safety to any products we sell.
Universal Analyzers was hand-picked for providing the highest quality products.
