The Correlation Transit-TimeTM approach, digital signal processing, and an exact way of estimating molecular weight are all utilized by the DigitalFlow GF868 ultrasonic flowmeter. The GF868 flowmeter is the obvious choice for flare gas applications when these capabilities are combined with the inherent benefits of ultrasonic flow measuring reliability with no routine maintenance, high accuracy, fast response, and wide rangeability.
The GF868 is a highly adaptable, high-performance flowmeter with a wide display and plenty of room for intricate wiring. There are several I/O choices available, including the capacity to manage two flare lines with a single box.

The Panametrics DigitalFlow GF868 flare gas mass flow meter has a tiny, flame- and explosion-proof transmitter known as the DigitalFlow XGF868i.
The DigitalFlow XGF868 can be used downstream in refineries and petrochemical facilities when Zone 1 is required, but it is best suited for offshore applications with harsh environments and constrained space.
